I am a social psychologist currently working as a postdoctoral researcher in the Psychology Department of Amsterdam University. As part of this project, we try to understand how social dynamics within organizations shape (un)ethical behaviors.

I completed my doctoral studies in the Social Psychology Department of Tilburg Unversity. My dissertation work focused on social exclusion. More specifically, I investigated whether, why, and how people talk about being socially excluded.

I am very broadly interested in negative interpersonal dynamics in various contexts. If you would like to know more about my research, jump to the research tab.
